Definitions

"CarveSpace" (carvespace.in, your mobile application, website): "Company", "Firm", "we", "our", "us", "Service Provider" or similar terminology are all in reference to CarveSpace Interiors as a provider of Services for the remainder of this document.

Nature of Service

CarveSpace is an interior design and construction services platform that delivers design products and Services to individuals and organisations. These include, but are not restricted to, interior design consultations, modular kitchen installations, false ceiling, glass partitions, renovation, electrical, plumbing, painting, landscaping, individual construction, and other related offerings. CarveSpace offerings may include but are not limited to:

• Online and in-person design consultations with expert interior design professionals in one-to-one or group formats.
• Periodic project assessments and design reviews.
• Workshops and/or webinars delivered by trained design and construction professionals.
• Self-help tools, content, and design programmes through a range of channels including, but not restricted to, websites, mobile application(s), and emails.
• Guide packs where clients can initiate and exchange private messages with their assigned design consultant in addition to booked sessions.
• Participation in user forums, topics, replies, comments, feedback, blogs, and any other submissions on the platform.

CarveSpace reserves the right to add or remove products and Services from its overall offerings without prior notification. The aforementioned shall hereafter be referred to as "Services".

Consent

By using this platform, providing us with your Personal Information or by making use of the features provided by the platform, or by making a payment to access its features, you agree to the collection, storage, usage, and processing, disclosure, and transfer of your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and under the data privacy laws in India.

You acknowledge that you are providing your Personal Information out of your free will, either directly to CarveSpace or through a third party or your organisation. • Assist you in scheduling appointments, remind you of upcoming or follow-up appointments, as well as cancelled appointments.

The assigned design professional will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that information shared in sessions remains confidential. If there is a legal or safety obligation, CarveSpace may be required to disclose information to the relevant authorities.

Any Personal Information you provided at the time of signing up may be used to verify your identity. Information that is not personally identifiable may be used in aggregate or anonymised form for research and audit purposes.

The User agrees to indemnify CarveSpace for any breach of confidentiality of the User's Personal Information if the User accesses CarveSpace through a third-party platform. The User also notifies CarveSpace against any data breaches that occur due to any acts of commission or omission from the third-party platform.

CarveSpace does not sell or trade your Personal Information to third parties unless we provide you with advance notice. However, this does not apply to any group or transfer to and from service/website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you.
